The Haemophilia Society of Singapore held a fundraising movie screening on 25 May 2025, and we are delighted to share that the event was a sold-out success!

This year’s film premiere was “Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning” at Shaw Theatres Paya Lebar Quarter. Attendees enjoyed a thrilling blockbuster while supporting a meaningful cause — helping to raise vital funds to support persons living with haemophilia.

In appreciation of their donations, guests received movie tickets and popcorn combos. Thanks to the generous support of our community, we raised over $45,000, which will go directly towards subsidising medical treatments and funding our community programs for HSS members and their families.

“We are incredibly thankful for everyone who came down to support the Society,” said HSS Vice President Gerald Foo. “Each donation helps reduce the burden faced by persons with haemophilia, and brings us closer to building a more supportive, inclusive community.”

A special shout out to Leong Chin and Alex, who took the lead in planning and coordinating the event. Their hard work behind the scenes helped ensure everything ran smoothly.

It was a wonderful afternoon of cinema and community. Stay tuned for more HSS activities and updates in the months ahead!
